RETURNS
In the unfortunate case that you’re not completely satisfied with your new sunglasses or frames, you can return them to us with a full refund of the amount you paid for the item.The return request must be completed directly online no later than the fourteenth day from the date of delivery. If communication does not occur within this time frame, your request will be rejected.
For a full refund the product must be returned unused and new, in perfect conditions with all original packaging and its components
We will refund the amount in 7 working days after receiving the item/s.
EUROPE (except for Canary Islands)
– For EU countries return is free as we will provode shipping label to send the return back to our wareehouse, you will not be charged of any additional cost.
OTHER COUNTRIES (included United Kingdom and Switzerland)
– For extra-EU countries the responsibility for shipping costs and logistic will be assumed by the customer.
